NOTE: There’s gotta be 2 small colations of food between breakfast and lunch and the other one between lunch and dinner.

  1. With hubby being insulin dependent diabetic, stage 4 kidney failure, chronic heart failure, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol,we have set meal times
    8.30 – 9, 12 – 12.30, 4.30 – 5 and an 8 pm snack. It works great
