UPDATE: JACKIE covered in snow! Click on the LIVE CAM below.
She will be ok though. The moderators say that bald eagles are built to stand this kind of climate and still keep the eggs pretty warm and with no hatching complications. Stay tuned! HATCHING is expected next March 15th, next Monday!
Everything goes on Sunday presents you these two wonderful endangered bird species that have been nesting 2 eggs for the last 30 days, and they are only 8 days from hatching.
This is a LIVE CAM that focusses on the Bald Eagle couple and their nest with eggs. Day and night, Jackie and Shadow, female and male eagles respectively, sit on the eggs in the nest that they built on a branch of a pine tree , 144 feet high!

When I look at the nest I ask myself: how did they do it? Such a resistant nest resting on branches of a tree, and so high? It is a work of art, wisdom and bravery. I am sure you can add more in the comment section.

They are so loving to each other, to their habitat, to their soon to hatch eggs…it is wonderful to watch them live!

Shadow delivers a delicious fish to Jackie everyday… Yummy!

The male eagle helps the female to sit on the eggs! If men could help women carry their pregnancy during the nine months! Happy Women Day!

I saw that video yesterday morning on Twitter Martha, but didn’t know the history of the pair or eagles. I think I saw it on the explore.org site and could not believe how she emerged from the snow, shook herself off and immediately turned her attention to the eggs. Nature is wonderful and amazing!

Nature is so beautiful, Linda. It has always amazed me how powerful and wonderful living things survive, enjoy, reproduce. Call them animals, plants and human beings. The elements of nature earth: earth, wind, fire and water, will always win over the destruction that humans cause on our beautiful planet.

You are so right Martha – every day I hate to see what humans are doing to our planet. People think that one day a year, on Earth Day, they can do a few “green things” and that makes it right the rest of the year. I am glad that now that Mr. Biden is President, he is anxious to reinstate a lot of laws regarding our wildlife.

I am also very happy that Biden and Harris want to do something to help our wonderful planet. We all need to help. Teaching others and with our example. ALSO, commenting here you and me, about this topic, helps, because people do read comments when the topic gets Googled. So, it is awesome that you are participating and educating. 😊💙💚👍🏝🥑🥦

They recognize the need for protecting the planet and its creatures. Thank goodness for that Martha.

They are majestic, yes! The eggs are going to hatch on March 15ths, next Monday, but I will be hooked to the LIVE CAM since March 14, just in case.
