Wonders In My Urban Farm Strawberries Part 1

Strawberries need 8 hours of full sun each day. A minimum of 6 is required for them to grow properly, but giving them 8–10 hours of direct sunlight per day is the approach that will lead to the best results.

Strawberries thrive in bright sunlight and enjoy warm temperatures and moist soil. Even more than 10 hours of full sun won’t usually harm this delicious fruit.

Sun-scorch is only something to worry about if the region where you live typically experiences extremely hot temperatures. If this is the case, shading them a bit in the afternoon should prevent problems.

Beautiful Nature in my Yard from Caterpillars to Butterflies

Caterpillars come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes. Their beauty can often be deceiving since their hairs often contain venom which can be poisonous to humans and predators. Toxic caterpillars can be found in many places including backyard gardens, parks, and fields.

Facebook Post Wonders In My Yard

The #reel is in Spanish. I talk about how wonderful nature is. One seed of a sunflower gave me this beautiful multiple sunflowers plant. The bees enjoy it so much, the hummingbirds, myself. Pollination in my urban farm has been fantastic this year thanks to the sunflowers and other bee pollination plants I acquired for this growing season.

Wonders in My Garden My Sunflower and A Poem

I’m so happy I got my first sunflower so early in the year. I know, it’s only one now. It is probably a seed from last year’s sowing. I will be planting more seeds very soon 🤗

Ah Sunflower

Ah, Sunflower, weary of time,
Who countest the steps of the sun;
Seeking after that sweet golden clime
Where the traveler’s journey is done;

Where the youth pined away with desire,
And the pale virgin shrouded in snow,
Arise from their graves, and aspire
Where my Sunflower wishes to go!

Wonders In My Garden: My Orange Tree With Tons Of Fruit!

This year I really took very good care of my urban orchard. I fertilized it, had no diseases, watered it properly, trimmed it at perfect timing. The result is here: so far, I have harvested 108 oranges and still there are probably another hundred to be collected. Oh, and the flavor of them is amazing. They are so sweet and juicy. Delicious!
