Endometriosis can usually be treated by medication or surgery designed to preserve fertility. However, a few patients may have symptoms so severe that the uterus and ovaries must be surgically removed. Fortunately for most patients, alternative treatments are available and hysterectomy is rarely necessary.
NOTE: Remember that the best medicines are education and prevention
My strawberries are thriving. They love the weather we are having in my neck of the woods and they ripe fast, so I am having tons of them everyday. It’s so much fun! This year I fertilized them naturally with leaves from my banana trees and other sustainable methods I have; maybe that’s why they are so happy.
ONE OF MY STRAWBERRY PLANTS 😍
I have so many that now I have to figure out a way to feed the family with them so no strawberry goes to waste. Well, my hens eat them when for some reason they go bad. Usually I eat them fresh right off the plant, in shakes, I make refreshing drinks, jam, popsicles, shortcake, and even salads.
Approximately two-thirds of the adult human body is made of water. And did you know your tissues and organs are mainly made up of water? Your brain is 80% water, your muscles (including your heart) are 75% water, your blood is 83% water, your lungs are 90% water, your skin is 64% water, and even your bones are 30% water!
We usually have lots of “opportunities” in a day to be unkind to others and to ourselves. Why not allow ourselves to be kind to others and let others to be kind to us. We all deserve love, respect, kindness, we all do. In fact, we need kindness now, not tomorrow, now.
We might not change the world with a smile or helping someone to pick up something that fell off their hands, or feeding somebody who is hungry. But we change that person’s world, and ours.
Being kind makes this world better, even if nobody sees it, especially when it’s not posted on social media, when it’s kept private and done from the heart and true-self.
