Breakfast is an important meal because you are “breaking the fast” of the night. I enjoy cooking and adore fresh eggs from the hens, fresh fruit from the trees, so I have a variety of meals to make.

Breakfast This Morning: Divorced Eggs Fruit And Surprise Pics!

Divorced eggs?! Whaaaat? Funny, huh? And it is because they are served on the same plate with different sauces on top of them, usually green and red on a bed of french fries or two tortillas with two slices of ham. They are delicious!

Oatmeal Great Benefits for a Stronger Healthier Body

Oatmeal is one of my favorite choices of food to eat in the morning. Oatmeal contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that make me feel so much better through out the day. It also contains carbohydrates, proteins and soluble fiber which helps me not to feel bloated. Soluble fiber also reduces the levels of LDL or “bad” cholesterol by blocking its absorption into the bloodstream.

Other benefits:

Its main ingredient is manganese, which it has been proven scientifically to reduce the inflammation of the joints, improves bone health and it has been linked to lower incidents of seizures in patients with epilepsy.

If you want to enjoy your oatmeal in the morning you can add some banana, apple, no sugar, water and maybe a bit of low-fat milk, lots of cinnamon one day and the next I add vanilla, one day blue berries next day strawberries. I personally do not like to add pecans but some people can’t eat oatmeal without adding pecans. It’s your choice.

I prefer steel-cut oatmeal. Others prefer the rolled or irish oats. Whatever the kind if you like them, enjoy them!

Hotdogs and Eggs 2.0 Super Easy and Fun Idea for Breakfast!

EASY BREAKFAST: HOTDOGS AND EGGS

INSTRUCCIONS with description and images 😍

1.  Cut hotdog longwise.

2. Then make cuts as seen on the photo: from the center of the hot-dog, one by one and all along the half piece.

3. Make the frank a circle and use a toothpick to hold both  ends together.

4. Now you can crack an egg and put it in the center of your circled frank

Quick Breakfast Ideas for You to Start Your Day Strong and Happy!

Have in mind that the kind of breakfast you should eat depends on the activity you are going to do that day. If you are going to exercise or not, the intensity of your physical activity, etc.

It is important to eat breakfast, but when you get up early in the morning to go out for a bike ride you don’t want to stuff yourself or you will feel bloated while riding your bike, and that is a very uncomfortable feeling.

If you have to hurry every morning before you go out to work you don’t want to spend hours cooking and eating breakfast. You don’t want eat a lot either, just the proper amount of food with the best quality of ingredients to keep you strong and sharp the first hours of your day.

So here there are some examples:

BAKED EGG IN AVOCADO

1 avocado, pitted
2 eggs
salt & pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 425F. Crack the first egg in a bowl, then pour gently into the hole of one of the avocado halves. Do the same for the 2nd egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on how cooked you like your eggs.
