Having a vibrant and diverse nature affects our mental and physical health. Most of the time we donโt realize how important nature is. Nature is the diversity of living things around us.
“If you truly love nature, you will find beauty everywhere.”
Okay, nobody said that this was going to be a food healthy post. If you exercise during the week, burn a ton of calories, and you have your cholesterol and triglycerides within perfect normal limits, once a week you can treat yourself with something like this. I know I do. Otherwise, I would get bored of eating healthy food 365 days a year. But that is me. I have a friend that no way Jose would eat this food, ever, ever never, hahaha. I will eat my waffles and she will be eating carrots and celery. She doesn’t exercise though, not at all. She is vegan and lacking some vitamins and minerals in her last full check-up.
Climate change is undeniable. There are natural cycles of the Earth’sย climateย that can be affected byย natural factorsย that are external to theย climateย system, such asย changesย in volcanic activity, solar output, and the Earth’s orbit around the Sun.
However, we humans, alsoย are increasingly influencing theย climateย and the earth’s temperature by burning fossil fuels, cutting down rainforests. Big companies like China Coal, Rio Tinto, ExxonMobil, Shell, British Petroleum, Chevron, Saudi Arabian Oil, Russia Coal, Coal India, are identified as among the highest offenders since 1988.
Natureย is the highest law in every country. You will never be able to live above the laws of nature. That means we should learn those laws and abide by them. Many of these laws involve general respect for the living things around us, including animals, insects, plants, ourselves humans, water, air,
I hate that a blogger follows/subscribes to your blog, you follow him/her back, and then s/he unfollows you, hoping you don’t notice. I really don’t like this.
I hate it that you give likes to a blogger, comment on his/her blog, and they never return the favor, not even at least once!
I hate it that people unfollow you if your political or religious views or the lack thereof are different from theirs. What? Why? Can we be a little bit mature and respect other people’s views? Thank you very much.
I hate it that people want to copy your content to benefit their own website or social media without giving you credit. Geez!
I hate it that sometimes I have written almost the whole blog post and uploaded images and pictures and I click the wrong button and the post disappears! Have to start over or use the autosaving that WordPress left for me.
I hate trolls. Icky internet trolls that pick on people, write hateful comments and are completely unhelpful.
I hate Alexa Traffic Widget It doesnโt matter if your Alexa traffic rank is 1,000 or even 100 when the quality of your blog sucks. I mean, you know that Alexa traffic rank is just a number and it doesnโt reflect the โrealโ traffic stats.
I hate insane publishing frequency, like more than 8 or 10 posts a day?!
I hate it when I don’t have enough time to respond to all my subscribers comments on my blog.
I hate it when I visit a blog and it has infinite ads and pop-ups. I had a blog like that 2 years ago and it was driving ME crazy, LOL
On a side note, Iโm pretty sure that there are some things that you hate about my blog. Criticism is always appreciated (as long as itโs constructive and NOT judgmental in my persona or MY freedom of speech), so do share it as a comment below.
When health is a top concern โ whether it is because youโre dieting or simply living a healthy lifestyle โ a dessert can seem off-limits. But they donโt have to be! There are several ways to satisfy a sweet tooth without jeopardizing your health goals.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook rice according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, trim about 1/4-inch from tops of bell peppers and then remove stems, ribs and seeds.
Fill a baking dish just large enough to fit peppers with about 1/2-inch of water.
Place peppers upside down in water, cover tightly with foil and bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over-medium high heat.
Add onion and sautรฉ 3 minutes. Move onions to one far side of the skillet.
Add beef in chunks, season with salt and pepper then let sear until browned on bottom, about 2 โ 3 minutes.
Break up beef and toss with onions and continue to cook 2 minutes, add garlic and cook until beef is cooked through about 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat, drain off excess fat (I like to tilt skillet to one side and dab up excess fat using tongs and paper towels).
Stir in tomatoes, half of the tomato sauce (about 1/2 cup), cooked rice, parsley, Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce oven temperature to 350. Turn par-baked peppers upright and fill with beef filling.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers. Cover with foil and continue to bake 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese, return to oven and bake until peppers have reached desired tenderness, about 10 โ 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
