2 More Passions Beautiful Flowers and Bicycles Travel Holland in April!

There are so many things I love in this wonderful life of mine. Two of those things are bicycles and nature. The best thing of all is that I can combine this two pleasures in one.

If you are lucky enough to live in Holland or close by, around mid-April is when the tulips field show their majesty in all its splendor.

My daughter in Holland this April 2019

I enjoy a bike ride along a bike path where there are flowers, I like to beautify some old vintage bicycles that I don’t ride anymore with planters full with colorful flowers.

If you live in San Diego CA you know where this

beautiful bike path is:

You can even sell flowers on a bicycle!

Bicycle and flowers…some people in Vietnam and around the world can make of flowers selling on a bicycle a profitable business, a wonderful way to put food on their table!

  1. I love the flowers decorating a bike Martha. A fellow blogger lives near a small town in Wisconsin and almost all the shop owners in this quaint town have bikes with flowers in their baskets all Summer long. I just went on Shelley’s site to search for her post and here it is. It is the town of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin … I like those decorated bikes! https://www.quaintrevival.com/chippewa-falls-wi-we-love-bicycles-breweries-and-stops-in-between/

      1. I really liked that one too Martha. I wasn’t following Shelley then, but she mentioned the bikes in a later post and I told her at the beauty shop where I go, it is a husband and wife who own it; their shop is done with a country flair – the husband is very creative and painted a bike turquoise and put flowers in the front and back baskets, and it looks great. So she sent me this link. I think it would be so fun to walk through an entire town and see all these bikes.
